Tracking Number is NOT included. 
Standard Shipping: With only $3 more, get a tracking number to locate the item. General transit time for Standard Shipping will be 3-5 weeks from the date shipped. 
Expedited Shipping: When the Express Shipping option is selected, the orders will be delivered by a carrier of our choice (FedEx, EMS, or DHL). General transit time for Express Shipping will be 3 -10 business days from the date shipped. TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED.
Please Understand: 
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, our Specialists will notify and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.
Estimated delivery may vary due to courier services, delivery location, method of delivery.
Additional shipping charges may occur depending on the delivery address.  For reasons such as areas not served by courier services, surcharges for air shipping fares, changing the address, etc.
Any customs/import duties, taxes, or fees at the time of delivery are the receiving customer's sole responsibility. 
If the Buyer refuses to pay the customs taxes or refuses to accept the shipment, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 
Return shipping cost may be greater than the customs/import duties, taxes. 
Depending on the country, customs tax payment may be required for the product to return. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for BOTH Customs Tax AND the return shipping cost.
Infinity Sports will send the PayPal invoice for the return shipping cost to the Buyer's email or through eBay message. If failed to send the payment after 3 attempts, Infinity Sports will report the Buyer to eBay, PayPal, local, and South Korean law enforcements and initiate legal proceedings and actions. Exchanges & Returns: 
For a full refund or exchange, please return the product within 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Returns will only be accepted if product is in the ORIGINAL condition (new, unused and unwashed) with product tags attached in the original packaging. (If tags are unattached but still included in the returns, we will provide a partial refund)
Products CANNNOT be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Once return is received and inspected, a full refund is initiated immediately. We will send you a message once we have completed the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Please allow up to 10 business days for PayPal / Financial institutions to complete the refund process.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we would be happy to exchange it for a different size. We CANNOT exchange for a different color or a different item.
Cancellations: 
Cancellation is accepted only if we didn’t ship the order. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer available to cancel the item. However, if you change your mind before shipping, please let us know and we will cancel the order.
Please Understand: 
The Buyer is responsible for all back and forth shipping fares for returns or exchanges.
All exchange, return shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return.” The Buyer is responsible for any customs charges. We only accept PayPal.
All products at the Infinity Sports Store are 100% authentic and original products. All items will be delivered with the original packaging. If a product does not match the listing description or if the item is fake/unofficial, we will issue you a full refund.
